India, Indonesia to sign $15 bn economic partnership

India and Indonesia will sign an economic partnership deal worth USD 15 billion, Indonesian chief economic minister Hatta Rajasa said on Thursday, including a railway in coal-rich South Sumatra worth USD 1.5 billion to USD 2 billion.

India and Indonesia will sign an economic partnership deal worth USD 15 billion, Indonesian chief economic minister Hatta Rajasa said on Thursday. 


The deal also includes a railway in coal-rich South Sumatra worth USD 1.5 billion to USD 2 billion.

Indonesia's President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono will visit India next week.
