Opto Circuits restructures board, shrs dip on profit taking

Medical equipment manufacturer Opto Circuits India dropped more than 6 percent intraday on profit booking on Monday. Shares had rallied nearly 6 percent on Friday.
In a meeting held on March 1, the board of directors of the company discussed the restructuring of board. They have appointed Krishna Sudheendra as group chief financial officer.
"Bodapati Bhaskar consented to join the board as a director of the company on him obtaining necessary approval," the company said.
Board also approved resignation of Usha Ramnani as executive director and appointment of Usha Ramnani as managing director of Opto Cardiac Care (a wholly owned subsidiary of Opto Circuits).
At 15:14 hours IST, shares declined 2.56 percent to Rs 51.30 on Bombay Stock Exchange.
