Ind-Swift Labs has allotted 10 lakh shares of Rs 10 each at premium of Rs 40 per shares to promoter group.

Ind-Swift Laboratories Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company have, in its meeting held on January 29, 2011, allotted 10,00,000 equity shares of Rs.10/- each at a premium of Rs.40/- per shares to Promoters Group upon the conversion of 10,00,000 Zero Coupon Optionally Convertible Warrants (2009 Series).
