Vesuvius India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 25, 2011, inter alia, to transact the following:

1. To take on record the Audited Financial results of the Company for the year ended December 31, 2010.

2. To recommend dividend, if any.
