    Areva T&D appoints non-exec chairman, directors

    Power equipment maker Areva T&D said on Monday its Chairman Ajay Dua and director Karim Vissandjee had resigned from their posts and a non-executive chairman has been appointed.

      Power equipment maker Areva T&D said on Monday its Chairman Ajay Dua and director Karim Vissandjee had resigned from their posts and a non-executive chairman has been appointed.


      TS Vishwanath will be the non-executive chairman of the firm while Vinod Dhall, Michel Serra, Anil Chaudhry will be non-executive directors, and Alexandre Tagger would be the executive director, it said in a stock exchange filing.

      At 11:04 a.m. shares in the firm were up 0.26% at Rs 305.45, while benchmark index was trading higher by 0.38%.
