May see lending rates rise from April-June: StanChart

Neeraj Swaroop of Standard Chartered Bank, in an interview on CNBC-TV18 spoke about his bank's net interest margins and whether he expected the pressure to continue till the end of the year. "Our expectation in 2011 is that the margins should be steady from here, though, they will remain at the levels that we exited 2010 at."


He also sees lending rates continuing to rise through April to June, this year.
