SC to hear FSSAI petition against Maggi noodles ban lift

The Supreme Court (SC) has agreed to hear a petition filed by the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) against Nestle India.

The Supreme Court (SC) has agreed to hear a petition filed by the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) against Nestle India.The petition challenges the Bombay High Court order that revoked the ban on Maggi noodles as well as seeking relief on cancelling of accredition to FSSAI labs by the high court.The apex court will hear the petition on January 13.
