DIPP clears 12 industrial licenses for Reliance Defence

CNBC-TV18’s Rituparna Bhuyan says that the licenses are for land, naval, and air projects.

Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion (DIPP) has given its nod for 12 industrial licenses to Reliance Defence. CNBC-TV18’s Rituparna Bhuyan says that the licenses are for land, naval, and air projects. Reliance Defence was earlier known as Pipavav Defence. Anil Ambani-led Reliance Group had last year announced plans to acquire controlling stake in Pipavav Defence for upto Rs 2,082 crore. Watch video for more
