Only 13 more days are left for the Modi government to complete 100 days in office. CNBC-TV18 learns that the Modi government is gearing up to showcase its achievements, presentations and press conferences highlighting the Modi government's achievements are on the list.
Sources say starting in the first week of September a series of press conferences by government departments and ministries have been planned, starting with the Finance Ministry wherein respective ministers will showcase the policy initiatives taken by their departments to the media. The idea is to share the various developments regarding policy space in their respective ministries.

All these issues were discussed today by the I&B minister with media managers of the government today. One can expect conferences to start with the finance ministry in the first week of September followed by other ministries. The schedule is yet to be finalised.
In addition to this, the media managers have also been told to gather the top five policy achievements that have happened after the Modi administration took over. Most likely I&B ministry will be compiling all these achievements and may be releasing these in the form of a booklet or in the internet that is the other strategy that the Modi administration is planning.
Last but not the least, the information officers of all the ministries have been asked to keep a track of policy developments by talking to relevant officers and share them with the media to have a project positive news gathering as far as the Modi administration policies are concerned.
