Nominations panel recommends simpler structure for Infosys

The nominations panel, which is selecting the final successor after current chairman of Infosys Nayaran Murthy steps down, may have recommended a simpler structure for the company’s management. This would include the chairman, vice-chairman, chief executive officer and chief financial officer, respectively.
