The Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (PNGRB) has knocked the gas out of city-gas supplier Indraprastha Gas (IGL) as it fixed the company's new tariffs at a much lower-than-expected level, a move that reduced the value of the company by one third in just one trading session, reports CNBC-TV18
