Presha Metallurgical vide its letter dated June 09, 2016 has informed that the address of the registered office of the Company has been shifted to C-1, 806, Saffron Complex, Opp. Central Mall, Ambawadi, Punchwati Road, Ellisbridge, Ahmedabad - 380015 w.e.f. December 01, 2015.

Presha Metallurgical Ltd vide its letter dated June 09, 2016 has informed BSE that the address of the registered office of the Company has been shifted from FF-30, Flat No. 103, Sun Square Complex, Sama Savli Road, Vadodara, Gujarat, 390008 to C-1, 806, Saffron Complex, Opp. Central Mall, Ambawadi, Punchwati Road, Ellisbridge, Ahmedabad - 380015 w.e.f. December 01, 2015. The necessary forms has already been filled at the concerned Registrar of Companies for change in registered office address of the Company.Source : BSE
