Omnitech InfoSolutions Ltd has informed BSE that the Board Meeting will now be held on May 30, 2016 at the registered office of the Company, inter alia, to consider and approve Audited Financial Results for the Financial year ended as well as Quarter ended on March 31, 2016.

Omnitech InfoSolutions Ltd has informed BSE that the Board Meeting which was scheduled on May 12, 2016, of the Company has been cancelled as there is unavoidable delay in finalization of financial results of subsidiaries.
