Jayabharat Credit Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 12, 2016, for considering the Unaudited Financial Results (Provisional) for quarter ended September 30, 2016.Further, pursuant to the Company's Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading in the shares of the Company, Trading Window for dealing in shares of the Company will remain closed from November 04, 2016 till the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2016 and up to the second, trading day thereafter for all the employees / Directors and other Connected Persons in terms of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.Source : BSE
