ABG Shipyard at its meeting held on May 30, 2011 has declared dividend at Rs 4 per share of Rs 10 each.

Abg Shipyard Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2011 has proposed a dividend of Rs.4/- per equity share of Rs.10/- each ( @40%), subject to approval from the shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.Source : BSE
