Omax Autos declares final dividend at Rs 2 per share

Omax Autos at its meeting held on May 28, 2011 has declared final dividend at Rs 2 per share of Rs 10 each.

Omax Autos Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 28, 2011 have recommended a final dividend of Rs. 2.00/- per equity share of Rs. 10/- each which is subject to approval in the Annual General Meeting. Source : BSE
