Spectacle Infotek at its meeting held on November 12, 2013, has considered and approved Mr. Kodali Tejesh Kumar has resigned from the post of Managing Director of the Company vide his resignation letter dated October 18, 2013. and Board of Directors have approved and taken the same in record.

Spectacle Infotek Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 12, 2013, inter alia, has considered and approved the following:1. Mr. Kodali Tejesh Kumar has resigned from the post of Managing Director of the Company vide his resignation letter dated October 18, 2013 and Board of Directors have approved and taken the same in record.2. Appointed Mrs. Mumtaz Fazal Shaikh, as an Additional Director of the Company with immediate effect and also inducted Mrs. Mumtaz Fazal Shaikh as member of Investor Grievances Committee in place of Mr. Kodali Tejesh Kumar.3. Subject to approval of shareholders in ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company, Mr. Shaikh Fazal Mehmood is appointed as Managing Director of the Company for a period of 3 years with immediate effect.Further the Company has informed that, Company's subsidiaries namely Amsol Inc., USA and United Consultancy Services Inc., USA have ceased to be subsidiaries of the Company with effect from September 18, 2013 consequent upon allotment of further equity shares by said subsidiaries resulting in reduction of the Company's shareholding to 37% from the earlier shareholding of 55% in both the Companies, accordingly both the Companies have ceased to be Subsidiary of the Company.Source : BSE
