"The continued emphasis on irrigation and farm insurance will provide further impetus to help farmers manage risks associated with cultivation."

"An unbridled focus on agriculture coupled with enabling policies will go a long way in benefitting the larger farming community. These initiatives if complemented with enabling policies would go a long way in achieving the government’s target of doubling farmers’ incomes by 2022.”
