- Low Total Debt to Equity Ratio - Diversification into Fluorochemicals - Strong Market Position in Core Segments viz Ethyl Acetate in India and has a strong global presence in KDD, which are critical intermediates for pharmaceuticals, agrochemicals, and pigments - Capacity Expansion and Operational Efficiency - Challenges and Risks – o Chemical Cyclical Downturn --- global and domestic downturn in the chemical industry has led to declining price realizations and subdued demand, impacting recent quarterly financial performance o Project Execution Risk --- The aggressive capex plan viz fluorochemical project and the Dahej facility, carries execution risk, say delays, cost overruns, which could temporarily affect returns on capital o Valuation -- Despite the recent fall in stock price, the stock TTM PE ratio 100 as of Dec 2025, is still relatively high compared to the industry PE and historical valuations o So, we may see a sharp correction with Q3 numbers, market does react instantly based on numbers. o Further to note that there are insignificant participation of MF and FIIs. o We may see correction in the range of 100-120 by mid Feb-Dec.
