Intense Thirst

Pale, Cold, or Clammy Skin

Skin that feels cool and appears  pale or bluish may suggest poor  circulation and potential shock — a critical phase of severe dengue.

Generalised Weakness or Collapse

A feeling of extreme weakness or  even fainting may be caused by  internal bleeding, low blood pressure,  or shock — all requiring immediate  medical attention.
