Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari marks Varun Dhawan’s third team-up with Shashank Khaitan, following their hits Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania (2014) and Badrinath Ki Dulhania (2017), promising another entertaining collaboration.

The makers shared the teaser on social media with the caption: “Quick intro: Four people. Two heartbreakers. One wedding. TEASER OUT NOW! #SunnySanskariKiTulsiKumari in cinemas this Dussehra, 2nd October.”

The teaser begins on a humorous note with Varun Dhawan dressed as Baahubali, asking if he looks like the iconic character. A witty response follows, with someone quipping that “Ranveer Singh ki dhoti mein Prabhas ka podha lag raha hai” Soon after, the Bollywood track “Tujhe Lage Na Nazariya” plays, as Rohit Saraf makes a dramatic entry stepping out of a helicopter. The teaser then goes on to introduce the other key characters of the film, before closing on a romantic frame featuring Janhvi Kapoor and Varun Dhawan together.

The film is described as a spiritual sequel to the 2017 hit 'Badrinath Ki Dulhania' and marks the third instalment in the popular Dulhania franchise. Scheduled for a grand theatrical release on October 2, the film will coincide with the festive occasion of Dussehra.

'Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari' also marks Varun Dhawan’s third collaboration with director Shashank Khaitan, after their successful outings with 'Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania' (2014) and 'Badrinath Ki Dulhania' (2017).
