Several members of Osmania University reportedly vandalized Telugu actor Allu Arjun's residence in Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad, on Sunday.

The incident has sparked outrage among Allu Arjun's fans and the general public, raising concerns over security and public behavior towards celebrities.

The police intervened swiftly, arresting eight members of the university's Joint Action Committee (JAC) in connection with the incident. The individuals were taken to the Jubilee Hills Police Station for further questioning.

Authorities are continuing their investigation into the motives behind the attack and have assured that appropriate legal action will be taken against those involved.

The group, consisting of several leaders from the Osmania University Joint Action Committee (JAC), attempted to forcibly enter Allu Arjun's residence. They were demanding a compensation of one crore for the family of the 35-year-old woman who tragically lost her life on December 4 during a stampede at a cinema hall in Hyderabad.

The incident occurred when Allu Arjun attended the premiere of his recent film, Pushpa 2: The Rule. The protestors were voicing their anger over the tragic event and demanding accountability.

A video of the incident captured several men storming into Allu Arjun's residence, causing significant damage to the property.

The group also destroyed flower pots within the compound during their protest. The scene reflected the intensity of the group's actions as they voiced their demands following the tragic stampede at the cinema.

Notably, Allu Arjun was not present at his residence when the incident took place. The actor was not home during the protest, which saw the group causing damage to the property and demanding compensation for the victim's family.
