Sidharth Malhotra and Kiara Advani were mobbed by paparazzi while leaving Manish Malhotra's star-studded Diwali party on Tuesday night in Mumbai. Despite the bustling crowd, Sidharth remained attentive, ensuring Kiara’s safety as photographers swarmed around them.
The couple had to wait a few minutes for their car to arrive, during which Kiara even engaged in a brief chat with the paparazzi. Thankfully, their car arrived quickly, and they exited the scene without further incident.
The couple joined a glittering lineup of Bollywood stars at the Diwali bash, with attendees including Alia Bhatt, Karan Johar, Rekha, Kriti Sanon, Arjun Kapoor, Kajol, and others. Kiara turned heads in a golden glittery saree paired with a strapless blouse, while Sidharth looked dashing in a multi-coloured, heavily embroidered short kurta with white pants.
Just before the Diwali festivities, Kiara had been celebrating Karwa Chauth with Sidharth in Delhi, sharing glimpses of their intimate celebrations online. She took a brief break from her shooting schedule for War 2 to enjoy the festive season with her family.
On Sunday, she observed the Karwa Chauth fast for Sidharth, marking the occasion with traditional rituals. While Kiara took a brief pause, her War 2 co-stars Hrithik Roshan and Jr NTR were busy filming an action-packed sequence in the city.
According to a report by Mid-Day, on Tuesday a source shared, “Ayan wanted Jr NTR’s solo scene to be designed in a way that it highlights the character’s raw power. With that brief, the action choreographer envisioned a fight that sees him take on a gang of 40. The team started shooting early at the set inside the studio and will be shooting here for the next three days.” Hrithik Roshan is set to join the production later in the week for an action scene featuring both him and Jr NTR.
On the other hand, Sidharth Malhotra is keeping busy with his own projects, including Race 4 and Mitti, both of which are in the works.
