Moreover, Shraddha Kapoor has made headlines recently for renting a lavish apartment in Mumbai's upscale Juhu neighborhood at a staggering Rs 6 lakh per month. According to property records accessed by Zapkey, the 3928.86 sq ft property is leased for a year, with the actress paying an advance of Rs 72 lakh.

Registered on October 16, the lease agreement also provides Shraddha with four parking spaces. Reports indicate the transaction included a stamp duty of Rs 36,000 and a registration fee of Rs 1,000.
