Aamir Khan is gearing up for the release of his highly anticipated Sitaare Zameen Par and has recently organised an early screening in Mumbai. The screening event was attended by several celebrities, including Cricket god and a close friend to Aamir Khan, Sachin Tendulkar.
Sachin shared Sitaare Zameen Par's early review, posted on the official social media handles of Aamir Khan Productions. Sachin praised the film and teased that it is a rollercoaster ride of emotions.
He said, “Film bahot achi lagi (film is very good). Ye movie aisi hai ke aap team sitaare ke saath haste ho rote ho movie main hi (this is such a film that you will laugh and cry through the film) and I have always said that sport has the power to teach us everything.”
“Toh ye movie waisa he message deti hai. Main saare actors ko big thumbs up deta hu, bahot acha job kiya hai, (I give all the actors a big thumbs up, they have done a wonderful job) very well done and all the very best to you,” noted Sachin.
The upcoming film has received a U/A 13+ certificate from the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC). The upcoming movie is a spiritual sequel to his 2007 film, Taare Zameen Par, and features Genelia Deshmukh alongside 10 debutants.
Directed by RS Prasanna and backed by Aamir Khan Productions, Sitaare Zameen Par will hit the theatres on June 20.
