When asked whether her daughter Nysa might follow in her footsteps despite initially being disinterested—just like Kajol herself once was—the actress responded saying, "I think woh 22 saal ki hone wali hai abhi toh I think she has made up her mind that nhi aane wali hai woh abhi (I think she’s about to turn 22 now, so I believe she has made up her mind that she’s not going to join (films) for now)."

During the candid conversation, Kajol delved into her personal choices and the reasoning behind her professional identity. When asked why she opted to be known simply by her first name, despite coming from a celebrated film lineage, the actress explained that it was a deeply intentional decision.
