She also said she would soon share more of her opinions on "the pleasures/pressures of privilege," which was a topic that many readers had brought up.

She told readers to read the facts in her message and said, "Don't forget to look at my pictures!" It includes really crucial information that will help you say the appropriate things. Sharing her own Story Upasana also gave an honest account of her own choices about marriage and having children. "I got married at 27 because I wanted to be with someone I loved. She further added, "For me, marriage and career are not competing priorities -- they are equally meaningful parts of a fulfilled life." This shows that work and family don't have to be at odds with each other. But I get to choose the schedule! That's not a privilege; it's my right!"

Upasana also praised her followers for being polite and invited employers to work together to get more women into the workforce.
