Amul celebrates Mohanlal’s Dadasaheb Phalke win with ‘Dada and Saheb of Acting’ illustration, see here

Veteran actor Mohanlal has recently been honoured with the prestigious Dadasaheb Phalke award at the 71st National Awards ceremony at Vigyan Bhawan in New Delhi on Tuesday.

Mohanlal, who has an experience of more than four decades in the Indian film industry, received the highest honour for his contribution to Indian cinema. Mohanlal received congratulatory messages from his fans, friends and fellow actors.

However, Dairy brand Amul, known for its witty and iconic topical advertisements, found a special way to celebrate Mohanlal’s historic achievement.

The official Instagram handle of Amul shared an illustration of the historic moment when Mohanlal, who is dressed in a white mundu and kurta, received the Dadasaheb Phalke award from President Droupadi Murmu.
The text at the top of the illustration reads, "The Dada and Saheb of acting" in large, bold, maroon letters. Below the central image, the text reads, "Amul National Award for taste" in red and white.
