In a recent episode of Everybody’s Live with John Mulaney aired on March 26, Pete Davidson found himself in an awkward spot when his past relationship with Kim Kardashian was brought up. The comedian, who was joined by fellow comic Luenel on the show, was visibly uncomfortable as he was grilled about his dating history. The moment Kim Kardashian’s name came up, Pete squirmed and even covered his face with his hands, uttering, “Oh god!”

Luenel jokingly questioned how Pete, often seen as a “regular guy,” manages to date such high-profile and attractive women. She said, “To me, you’re just an average guy. Regular guy, but you continuously pull all these bad b***hes, right? So, since I don’t get it, I want to know the mystique.” Referring to his exes, she added, “Now, you’ve had Kim K, several other people, you’ve got this little supermodel right now,” pointing to Pete’s current girlfriend, Elsie Hewitt.

Pete tried to laugh it off but couldn’t hide his discomfort. When Luenel joked about women wanting to research him, she said, “What I think, for the research and for women across America, I think that you should take me out.” Pete chuckled and responded, “If that’s what it takes to stop this, yeah!”

The spotlight then shifted to his relationship with Kim Kardashian. Pete and Kim dated from October 2021 to August 2022 during a particularly turbulent period in Kim’s life. The relationship, though brief, was highly publicized and often targeted by Kim’s ex-husband Kanye West, who was going through a messy divorce with her at the time. Kanye even mentioned Pete in his 2022 track Eazy, threatening to “beat Pete Davidson’s a**.”
