Min Hee Jin defended her actions, asserting that she had no intention of seizing management rights and expressing bewilderment at HYBE's response.

On April 25, Min Hee Jin, the CEO of ADOR, took the stage at the Korea
Conference Center to address the ongoing conflict between her, ADOR,
and HYBE, offering her perspective on the matter. However, the
aftermath of her press conference saw HYBE, the parent company of BTS,
issuing an official statement in response to her claims, dismissing
them as distorted and inaccurate.

The root of this conflict stems from HYBE's initiation of an audit
into ADOR's management on April 22, reportedly due to suspicions of
ADOR's intentions to break away from the company. In response to this
audit, ADOR released a statement accusing NewJeans' concept being
copied.

HYBE swiftly responded to Min Hee Jin's press conference, asserting
that her claims were far from reality. They contended that many of her
assertions were inaccurate and distorted, making it impractical to
address each one individually. Instead, they opted not to engage in a
detailed rebuttal, deeming it unworthy of their time and effort.

While HYBE acknowledged possessing evidence to refute Min Hee Jin's
claims, they chose not to disclose it publicly. However, they pledged
to provide clear and factual information to the media upon inquiry.
Additionally, they urged Min Hee Jin to desist from spreading false
claims and to cooperate with the ongoing audit process promptly.
