Priyanka Chopra Jonas is popular not just for her stellar performances onscreen but also for her astute investments in the real estate sector. The latest buzz surrounding her involves a significant move by her family in the real estate realm — an intriguing lease agreement for a bungalow they own in Pune.

Reports have surfaced indicating that Priyanka's family, including her mother Madhu Chopra and brother Siddharth Chopra, have struck a deal with The Urban Nomads Community Private Limited, a co-living and
co-working firm.

According to details revealed in documents obtained by Zapkey and reported by Hindustan Times, the agreement entails the leasing of their bungalow situated in the upscale Koregaon Park area of Pune. The deal involves a substantial security deposit of Rs 6 lakh, with a fixed monthly rent of Rs 2.06 lakh.

Describing the property's dimensions, the documents outline a plot size of 3754 sq ft, with a built-up area on the ground floor spanning 2180 sq ft. Additionally, the bungalow boasts a garden area of 2232 sq ft and a basement area measuring 950 sq ft, complemented by a parking space covering 400 sq ft.

In the realm of personal abodes, Priyanka Chopra and her husband, Nick Jonas, have recently made headlines regarding their return to their opulent Los Angeles mansion. Following necessary renovations due to mold issues, the couple is now poised to move back into their lavish USD 20 million abode, as reported by The Sun US.
