Priyanka Chopra joins forces with Victoria's Secret for global gender equality initiative

Bollywood actress Priyanka Chopra Jonas is partnering with Victoria’s Secret but not as one of their angels, but in an intitaitve to promote gender equality and amplify voices within the VS20 communities through the Victoria’s Secret Impact Fund.

Chopra is honored to serve as an ambassador for this crucial initiative, which aims to highlight and support remarkable organizations investing in women and communities worldwide.

The “Baywatch” star took to her Instagram to share about her partnership with the lingerie company. She captioned her post writing. “I’m thrilled to partner with Victoria’s Secret as we continue our journey towards gender equality and amplifying voices within the VS20 communities with the Victoria’s Secret Impact Fund. I’m honored to serve as an ambassador for this vital cause and spotlight the incredible organizations we’re working with to invest in women and communities on a global scale.

We’re working with organizations including Pro Mujer, dedicated to providing Latin American women with access to crucial health and financial services, Smart Works Charity, empowering unemployed women in the UK through coaching and professional attire, and Arte Sumapaz, our partner in establishing a year-long fellowship for Colombian women creatives, and more.”

Chopra has been a Victoria’s Secret admirer for quite some time now, attending the companies’ world tour events, and even showing up to its runway shows. This partnership which entails a collaboration of two powerhouses is being done with a good cause in mind.

Among the partners is Pro Mujer, a social enterprise with over 33 years of experience that works tirelessly to advance gender equality in Latin America. Their comprehensive approach includes expanding access to health services, promoting financial inclusion, and offering skill development opportunities for Latin American women.

In the UK, Smart Works Charity is empowering women by providing them with the confidence to achieve their potential, succeed in job interviews, and transform their lives.
