I haven't been invited for Sonakshi Sinha's wedding: Jayati Bhatia aka Phatto of Heeramandi | EXCLUSIVE

Bollywood actress Sonakshi Sinha is going to get married to the love of her life, Zaheer Iqbal, on June 23. The actress has not spoken about the wedding in the media or on her social media platform, but the couple had a mehendi ceremony yesterday.

Now, while speaking with MoneyControl, Sonakshi's 'Dahaad' and 'Heeramanndi' co-star Jayati Bhatia revealed that she hasn't been invited to the wedding, 'but my blessings are with her".

The actress had played the role of Phatto in the hit web series Heeramandi, where Sonakshi was seen as Fareedan.

On being asked if she was going to attend the wedding with the Heeramandi gang, Jayati congratulated Sonakshi and said she is a very sweet and well-brought-up girl. She expressed her fondness for the actress and said, "I am happy for Sonakshi. This was my second project with Sonakshi after Dahaad. Usme bhi woh uske peeche padi rehti thi shaadi ke liye. I really like Sonakshi as an actress and a human being more because mujhe woh bahut bhi, kyunki, she is very samajhdar, suljhi hui, and very well brought up. She is a wonderful actress and a very well-brought-up person," said Jayati.

Jayati further said that though she hasn't been invited, she is sending all her love and blessings to the couple for a wonderful life ahead.

"I am very happy for her upcoming wedding; no, I have not been invited. It is ok, but my blessings are with her, and main dil se dua deti hoon ke dono bahut khush rahein, bsahut khushal zindagi beetey aur sab log khushi khushi unki shaadi mein shareek ho," she told us.

Sonakshi Sinha is going to have a registered marriage with Zaheer Iqbal on June 23. It will be followed by a party for close friends and family. The two had also sent out wedding invitations, which had their own audio message for the guests.
