First teaser of Sidhant Chaturvedi, Tripti Dimri’s 'Dhadak 2' out, a love story set in the backdrop of caste system

Bollywood is now embracing fresh new pairings, and another pair, Sidhant Chaturvedi and Tripti Dimri, will be seen romancing each other in 'Dhadak 2'. The movie

Karan Johar's Dharma Productions and Apoorva Mehta are producing the second instalment, 'Dhadak', which marked the debut of Ishaan Khatter and Janhvi Kapoor.

Sidhant Chaturvedi shared the first teaser of the upcoming movie, which seems like it is set against the backdrop of a love story between a Dalit and an upper-caste girl.

In the teaser, one can see the writings with blood: 'Ek Tha Raja Ek Thi Rani, Jaat Alag Thi Khatam Kahani'.

The teaser ends with a line: 'yara duniya alag hai meri tumhari'.

Talking about Sidhant, he was seen in ‘Gehraiyaan’ with Ananya Panday and Deepika Padukone whereas Tripti earned praises for her role in blockbuster ‘Animal’.

The movie, which is being directed by debutante Shazia Iqbal, is going to release on November 22, 2024.
