Bollywood Dhak Dhak girl Madhuri Dixit, who was last seen in Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3, left her fans in shock when she decided to leave India and move to the US with her Los Angeles-based cardiovascular surgeon husband, Dr Sriram Nene.
The actress went on to welcome two sons, Arin and Ryan, but kept them away from the limelight. However, Madhuri once revealed that her kids left a note for her after they saw her doing drugs in a film.
In a previous interview with NDTV, Madhuri recalled her sons’ reaction to watching her song Bhang Ke Nashe Mein from the movie Koyla. The actress appears to get high on drugs in the song, and her sons found the scenes in the movie awkward.
Madhuri recalled, “My kids get a little skittish when they’re watching my movies. They were watching Koyla on TV, and I left. When I returned, I saw a note on the computer. It said, ‘Dear mom, why are you acting so weird in this movie?'”
In the same interview, Dr Nene revealed that they have a rule where they don’t ‘talk shop’ at home. Madhuri kept her professional life out of the house.
He said, “All of her awards and stuff were kept at the office. She doesn’t want the kids, or us, to be affected. I’ve been to some of her film premieres, but she’s not very comfortable watching her films with family. So, watching them separately is an odd thing.”
Madhuri Dixit has now returned to the country and has also made her Bollywood comeback with the film Total Dhamaal. The actress has since starred in several hit films and is now gearing up for the upcoming Dhamaal 4, alongside Ajay Devgn, Sanjay Mishra, Arshad Warsi, Jaaved Jaaferi, Riteish Deshmukh, Sanjeeda Shaikh, Anjali Anand, and Upendra Limaye.
