South Korean actor Kim Soo Hyun is currently entangled in an ongoing scandal surrounding his past relationship with the late actress Kim Sae Ron. The actor’s acting career also landed in trouble following the controversy.
However, it seems like the actor is slowly rising back after the setback, with the release of the new promotional posters of the upcoming drama Knock-Off. A series of new promotional posters has been widely shared on social media featuring the actor.
Several critics believed that the picture might be fan-made, but the same poster was available on the official sites of IMDb, hinting that it had to come from an official source. However, the makers of the drama are yet to officially address the news and share an update on the production.
The promotional images generated buzz among fans and media, particularly since Kim Soo Hyun's involvement was the reason for the drama's delay. The show, initially set for release on Disney+, had been put on hold following a scandal.

However, the official plot synopsis of Knock Off reads, “Kim Seong Jun, an ordinary man who lost his job during the IMF crisis, who jumps into the counterfeit goods business in the late 20th century and grows into the world’s counterfeit goods king in the 21st century, not just in South Korea.”
The upcoming drama features Kim Soo Hyun and Jo Bo-ah in the lead roles with Kwon Nara, Bang Hyo-rin, Yoo Jae-myung, among others in the supporting roles. The K-drama was initially scheduled to be released in April 2025, but it has been postponed indefinitely.
