Guru Somasundaram’s Tamil comedy-drama Bottle Radha garnered a mix of reviews following its theatrical release, but the film is now all set to make its much-anticipated debut on OTT. This move promises to bring the film to a wider audience, giving it a fresh opportunity to captivate viewers with its engaging narrative and heartfelt performances.

The film tells the story of Radha Mani, a seasoned construction foreman, who seems to have a stable life with his wife and two children. However, his increasing dependence on alcohol begins to affect his family life.

In an effort to help him, his family admits him to a rehabilitation centre, though Radha is initially resistant. After spending weeks in treatment, he escapes, determined to stay sober. Yet, life has its own set of challenges in store for him.

Written and directed by Dhinakaran Sivalingam, Bottle Radha is produced by Pa Ranjith and TN Arunbalaji. The film features cinematography by Roopesh Shaji, editing by E Sangathamizhan, and a musical score composed by Sean Roldan.

Guru Somasundaram takes on the lead role of Radha, with Sanchana Natarajan and John Vijay playing significant parts. The supporting cast includes Lollu Sabha Maaran, Abhi Ramaiyah, JP Kumar, Merku Thodarchi, Malai Antony, Pari Elavazhagan, Arumugavel, KS Karuna Prasad, and Malathi Ashok Nawin.
