Diya Aur Baati Hum actor Alan Kapoor is set to tie the knot with actress Raviraa Bhardwaj. The couple has begun with their pre-wedding festivities in Goa.
Alan and Raviraa are reportedly set to get married on October 7, 2025 in Goa. Several friends of the couple from the television industry have shared glimpses from their Haldi ceremony held recently.
In the photos and videos shared on social media, Alan and Raviraa can be seen wearing yellow traditional attire as they enjoy their Haldi ceremony surrounded by family and friends.
During an interview with ETimes, Alan revealed his first meeting with Raviraa. We met through mutual friends and have been close for about two and a half years. A few months ago, we began seeing each other differently and fell in love. Now we’re getting married.”
Further talking about his perception of marriage, Alan stated, “I was always sceptical about marriage, but with her, everything felt right. Only after meeting her did I truly want to get married.”
Meanwhile, Raviraa said, “I always wanted to wear a designer lehenga on my big day. Before the groom was decided, my lehenga was fixed (laughs). I’m excited for this new chapter, and since we’re in the same profession, we understand each other’s schedules,” she said.
The actress also revealed that she will be focusing on her personal life for a while now. “Marriage happens once in a lifetime, so I’ve kept myself free until October. We’ll be honeymooning in Europe, and till then, I won’t take up any work.”
On the work front, Alan Kapoor will be next seen in the film Farar, along with Nawazuddin Siddiqui.
