Jawan director Atlee is reportedly set to make his next film with Allu Arjun, who is riding high on the success of Pushpa 2. As per recent reports, Atlee has charged a hefty amount for the film.

According to reports from 123Telugu, filmmaker Atlee initially planned a project with Salman Khan, but budget constraints prevented it from moving forward. Now, he has shifted focus to a commercial film with Allu Arjun. However, this too seems to be facing financial roadblocks, as Atlee has reportedly demanded a staggering Rs 100 crore as his fee.

While there’s no official confirmation yet, the buzz around his paycheck has become a hot topic in the industry. Typically, such hefty paychecks are reserved for top-tier stars like Thalapathy Vijay, Allu Arjun, and a select few others. Atlee’s demand has raised eyebrows, leaving producers in a dilemma over whether to meet his expectations.

As per reports, the makers are considering Janhvi Kapoor as the leading lady in the film. However, there is no confirmation on this too.

Meanwhile, Allu Arjun was last seen in Sukumar's Pushpa 2: The Rule, which was the sequel of Pushpa: The Rise. It also stars Rashmika Mandanna and Fahadh Faasil in key roles. The blockbuster film has earned more than Rs 1700 crore worldwide making it one of the biggest hits in the Indian film history.

Atlee rose to pan-India fame with his directorial venture Jawan, starring Shah Rukh Khan. Following this success, he stepped into production with Baby John, featuring Varun Dhawan, Keerthy Suresh, and Wamiqa Gabbi, which he backed last year.
