Amitabh Bachchan is returning to the host seat of the iconic show Kaun Banega Crorepati Season 11. Sony TV has recently created excitement among the fans with the release of the new promo.
Additionally, the makers have recently announced the new premiere date of the reality game show. KBC 11 was initially scheduled to premiere on July 11. However, Amitabh Bachchan has announced in the new promo that it will now release on August 11.
The promo was shared on the official social media handle of Sony TV with the caption that reads, “Jahan Akal Hai Wahan Akad Hai! Isiliye aaj bhi gyaan ka dum sabse bada hai… (Where there’s knowledge, there’s confidence. That’s why knowledge is still the greatest power).”
The caption concluded, “#SonyEntertainmentTelevision aur Sony LIV par. [KBC, Kaun Banega Crorepati, Amitabh Bachchan, KBC 2025].”
The promo features Sumbul Touqeer, known for her role in Imlie, as a waiteress who gives a befitting response with historical facts about the food after the people mock her.
Previously, Amitabh Bachchan confirmed his return to the iconic game show with a series of photos from the set of the reality game show. The veteran actor has kicked off the production of Kaun Banega Crorepati Season 17.
The promo came after it was reported that the veteran actor has decided to step down from KBC after hosting the show for around two decades. It was reported at the time that Salman Khan would take on the hosting gig following the veteran actor’s exit due to personal reasons.
