On Monday, a Hyderabad court granted bail to six individuals who were involved in an attack on the residence of popular actor Allu Arjun. The incident took place in the upscale Jubilee Hills area, where the actor resides. According to reports, the accused were presented in court on the same day.

The group of individuals, holding placards, forcefully entered Allu Arjun's property and caused significant damage. According to DCP (Deputy Commissioner of Police) West Zone, one of the attackers climbed the compound wall and started throwing tomatoes at the property. When the security staff tried to stop them and asked them to get down from the wall, the situation quickly escalated into a heated argument. The attackers then climbed down and physically assaulted the security staff, while also damaging flower pots placed along the ramp of the property.

The police quickly intervened, detaining the six individuals responsible for the attack. At the time of the incident, Allu Arjun was not at home, though his family members, including his wife and children, were seen leaving the residence shortly after the attack. The attackers identified themselves as members of the Osmania University Joint Action Committee (OU-JAC), a group involved in student activism.

Their main demand was Rs 1 crore in compensation for the family of a woman named Revathi, who tragically died in a stampede on December 4 at the Sandhya Theatre in Hyderabad. Revathi’s son, Sri Tej, a 9-year-old boy, was also injured in the incident and remains in critical condition. The attackers believed that Allu Arjun, being a prominent figure, should help compensate for the family’s loss.

In response to the attack, Allu Arjun’s father, film producer Allu Aravind, expressed concern but advised against reacting in anger. He said, “Everyone has seen what happened at our house today, but it is time to act accordingly. I don’t see this as the right time to react to anything. The police have arrested the vandals and filed a case against them.” He also assured that the police had been stationed near their home to prevent any further disturbances, urging everyone to refrain from encouraging such actions.

Allu Arjun himself was attending the premiere of his latest film, Pushpa 2: The Rule, at the time of the attack. This incident comes just a few days after the actor was arrested in connection with the Sandhya Theatre stampede. He was granted bail by the Telangana High Court after being detained for questioning. Following the stampede, both Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy and the Hyderabad police had made serious allegations against Allu Arjun.

The case continues to unfold, with the police taking action against the individuals involved in the attack. As of now, the law will take its course, and the situation remains under investigation.
