The Peoples’ Democratic Party (PDP) has named three candidates for the Valley, signaling the end of the INDIA bloc's influence in Kashmir and bringing attention once again to the competing interests among various groups. Despite the dissolution of the Indian National Developmental Alliance (INDIA) in Kashmir, it continues to operate in the Jammu region.
