The State Examination Board (SEB) of Gujarat has officially opened the application window for the Gujarat National Means-cum-Merit Scholarship (NMMS) 2025. Students who are interested and eligible can apply for the scholarship by visiting the official website, sebexam.org. The application process started on January 1, 2025, and will continue until January 11, 2025. Additionally, candidates can pay the application fees until January 13, 2025.

The NMMS scholarship offers financial support to eligible students, providing a monthly stipend of Rs. 1,000, which amounts to rs. 12,000 per year. The scholarship will be directly credited to the student’s bank account by the Ministry of Education.

Steps to Apply for NMMS Gujarat 2025:

1. Visit the official website: sebexam.org
2. On the homepage, click the ‘Apply Online’ tab.
3. A new page will appear. Click on the apply link for the “National Means Cum Merit Scholarship Scheme (For Standard VIII).”
4. Fill in the required details by entering your UID and proceed to complete the application form.

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Class: Students studying in Class 8 in the current academic year are eligible.
2. School: Students from Government Primary Schools, Local Body Schools (District Panchayat/Municipality Schools), and Granted Primary Schools are eligible.
3. Marks Requirement:

• General and OBC category students must have scored at least 55% marks or an equivalent grade in Class 7.
• SC and ST students must have secured at least 50% marks or an equivalent grade in Class 7.
