CBSE has declared the Class 12 Supplementary Result 2025. Students can check their marks at results.cbse.nic.in using their roll number, school number, and admit card ID.

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has released the CBSE Class 12 Supplementary Result 2025. Students who appeared for the Class 12 supplementary exams can now check their results on the official website results.cbse.nic.in.

The Class 12 supplementary exams were held on 15 July 2025 in pen and paper mode for all subjects. These exams provided a second chance to students who were unable to clear one or more subjects in the main board examination earlier this year.

How to Check CBSE Class 12 Supplementary Result 2025

To access their results, students should follow these steps:

  1. Visit the official CBSE result portal at results.cbse.nic.in
  2. Click on the link for ‘CBSE Class 12 Supplementary Result 2025’ under the ‘2025 Results’ section
  3. A login page will appear
  4. Enter your roll number, school number, and admit card ID as mentioned on your admit card
  5. Submit the details
  6. The result will be displayed on the screen
  7. Download and save the result
  8. Take a printout and keep it safe until you collect the original marksheet from your school

Students can also check their Class 12 compartment result via SMS.

  1. Type the following message: CBSE12 (roll number) (date of birth) (school number) (centre number)
  2. Example format: CBSE12 1234567 01012008 12345 6789
  3. Send this message to 7738299899.
  4. The date of birth should be typed in DDMMYYYY format. You will receive a reply with your subject-wise marks.
CBSE Class 12 Result 2025 Pass Percentage

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) officially declared the Class 12 Result 2025 on 13 May. Out of 16,92,794 students who appeared for the exam, 14,96,307 passed, bringing the overall pass percentage to 88.39%. This marked a slight increase of 0.41% compared to last year.

In terms of gender-wise performance, girls have once again outperformed boys. While the pass percentage for girls stood at 91.52%, boys recorded a pass percentage of 85.70%, making the performance gap between the two 5.94%.

Class 10 Results Also Expected Soon

While the Class 12 results are now out, the CBSE Class 10 Supplementary Results 2025 are expected to be announced shortly. These exams were conducted between 15 July and 22 July 2025 in offline mode.

For both Class 10 and 12 students, it is important to keep a copy of the result printout until the original marksheet is collected from their respective schools. Students are advised to regularly check the official website for updates and notifications related to the compartment results.
