Nearly half (48%) of Gen Z moms feel the pressure to constantly keep their children occupied with stimulating activities, compared to 34% of Millennial moms.

Ensuring their children’s timetables include blocks for unstructured play stresses out 39% of Gen Z moms, versus 30% of Millennial moms.

3. The Mental Load of Family Management

This burden of “planning and coordination” weighs heavily on 51% of Gen Z moms, a significant jump from the 42% of Millennial moms who reported the same stress.

A full 50% worry about ensuring their children have tech-free periods, compared to 41% of Millennial moms.
