Ratnamani Agro Industries Ltd.

Original Company M/s. Shree Proteins & Foods Ltd. was incorporated on
 22nd November, 1971 as Public Limited Company obtained the
 Certificate for Commencement of business on 20th April, 1972 and was
 listed with Bombay Stock Exchange. The Company management was changed
 in the year 1986-87.  The Company's name was changed from Shree
 Proteins & Foods Ltd., to M/s. Narmada AGro Industries Ltd., and
 fresh certificate  of incorporation consequent to change in name was
 issued on 23.1.1986.  The Company started commercial activity with
 the new management during 1987 and had been making profit for the
 year 1988-89 onwards.  The Company had declared dividend for the year
 ended 31.3.90 and 31.3.91 at 10% & 15% respectively subject to
 approval from the Financial Institution & Banks in terms of Loan
 Agreement and sanction is expected soon.
 The original capacity of solvent extraction plant was only 20,000
 tonnes per annum which was subsequently expanded to 45,000 tonnes per
 annum and vegetable oil refining plant with capacity of 7,500 tonnes
 per annum was installed.
 The immediate object of the Company is  to enhance the capacity of
 solvent extraction plant from 45,000 TPA to 60,000 TPA and refined
 oil from 7,500 TPA to 15,000 TPA respectively at the existing plant
 at Bholav West, Bharuch in the State of Gujarat.
 The original company M/s. Shree Proteins and Foods Ltd., was promoted
 by Shri B M Badheka and Shri K M Badheka and Shri M M Badheka. Mr. B M
 Badheka was the Managing Director and Mr. K M Badheka was the Working
 Director in the said Company.  Both the directors have expired 
 subsequently.  The Management of the Company was taken over by TROIKA
 GROUP headed by Shri P G Bhandari. The TROIKA GROUP comprises of

 M/s. Troika Processes Pvt.Ltd., was incorporated in the year 1973
 headed by Mr. P G Bhandari, Chairman and assisted by Mr. R S Jhaveri,
 Mr. O P Agarwal and Mr. R K Chopra as Directors of the Company.  The
 company is engaged in the manufacturing and supply of plants to
 vegetable oil industry and have supplied plants to reputed companies
 like M P Rajya Tihan Utpadak Sahakari Sangh Maryadit, M/s. Bhopal
 Sugar Industries Ltd., M/s. Alpine Solvex Ltd., M/s. Vegepro Foods
 Ltd., M/s Premier Extraction Ltd.
 M/s. Troika Technical Services is a partnership firm with M/s P G
 Bhandari, R K Chopra, O P Agarwal and R S Jhaveri as partners in the
 firm.  This firm is engaged in the export of plant and machinery
 related to vegetable oil industry and had exported  to various
 countries like Kenya, Nigeria, Bangladesh and Nepal.
 
 2012
 
 -Company has changed its name from Narmada Agro Industries Ltd. to
 Ratnamani Agro lndustries Ltd.

 - Company has changed its registered office to Mahavir Estate, 40,
 Nr. C T M Mills, Narol-Naroda Highway, Amraiwadi, Ahmedabad -
 380026.
 -The Company has changed its name from Ratnamani Agro lndustries Ltd
 to Mahavir Green Crop Ltd.
 
 -The Registered office of the company has been shifted from 403, 4th
 Floor, Sakar II, Ellisbridge, Ahmedabad - 380006 to Mahavir Estate,
 40, Nr. C T M Mills, Narol-Naroda Highway, Amraiwadi, Ahmedabad -
 380026.
