Ashika Credit Capital Limited (ACCL) is RBI registered non deposit
 taking Non-Banking Financial Company and carry on business of NBFI
 Activities. It was incorporated with the Registrar of Companies, West
 Bengal on 8th March 1994 as a Private Limited Company and subsequently
 converted itself into a Public Limited Company on 3rd September 1996.
 The Company floated its shares to the public in 2000 and subsequently
 got listed on the Calcutta Stock Exchange in the same year. The
 Company is engaged in fund-based activities like providing loans and
 advances, Inter Corporate Deposit and investment in shares &
 securities.. ACCLs services today are readily available to
 individuals, corporates and financial institutions throughout India.

 -The company was engaged in Merchant Banking activities.
 
 2000
 
 -Ashika Credit Capital attainted NSE membership status.
 
 2004
 
 -Ashika Credit Capital attainted BSE member status & depository
 participation of CDSL & also MCX & NCDEX membership.
 
 2006
 
 -The company gained underwritter and portfolio manager status from
 SEBI and insurance broker from IRDA.
 
 2007
 
 -The company become the member of NMCE exchange.
 
 2008
 
 -Ashika Credit Capital got NSDL membership status for equities, NSE &
 MCX-SX currency membership.
 
 2009
 
 -The company got trading cum clearing member of ICEX.
 
 2010
 
 -The company attained ACE membership & depository participation for
 commodities.
