As the confrontation intensifies, the officer repeatedly attempts to move the scooter forward. The vehicle brushes against the woman, dragging her slightly as she stands her ground to block him. Despite her protests, he continues edging the scooter ahead. The woman then climbs onto the back seat, still arguing with the officer. Moments later, a second policeman arrives and approaches her companion in an effort to defuse the situation.
