1. Financial Support for Western Kosi Canal 

The government will provide financial backing for the Western Kosi Canal ERM project, benefiting over 50,000 hectares of farmland in Bihar’s Mithilanchal region.

2. Makhana Board for Farmers 

   A Makhana Board will be set up in Bihar to support and train Makhana farmers, helping them access relevant government schemes and improve production.

3. National Institute for Food Processing 

A National Institute of Food Technology, Entrepreneurship, and Management will be established in Bihar to promote food processing, enhance farmer incomes, and provide job opportunities.
