1) Sundry Debtors and Sundry Creditors are subject to confirmation.
 The same are as per books. Inventory valuation is as valued and
 certified by the Management. During the year Raw Material Consumption
 has gone down from 86.08% to 35.99%, cash in hand is as per books.
 
 2) Non-compliance of AS-17 and AS-18:
 
 The Company has not complied the requirements and details as required
 under AS-17; i. e. Segment Reporting and AS-18 i. e. Related Party
 disclosure. Hence both the reports are not given.
